Hugo是一個建造網站的框架，可以免費且快速的建造自己的blog
測試GitHub Page
使用方法就是將index.html放上去，並去設定開啟page就可以
安裝Hugo

要先安裝Git
再來安裝Hugo，這部分可能會需要進行debug

基本操作指令
在要git bash, WSL或者vscode terminal裡面執行指令
hugo new site quickstart

hugo new posts/my-first-post.md
